A perfect Cornish coastal village, the road through Boscastle runs down to the small harbour at the bottom of the hill. The quaint village shops, local restaurants and pubs offering good food, Cornish real ales and live entertainment by local musicians, make this an ever popular visitor destination

Note: There are no downstair toilets in the property, they are all upstairs in the ensuite shower rooms and family bathroom.

We had a wonderful family holiday.. A beautiful walk down to the harbour,bit tougher coming back! Locals were very friendly. Boscastle provides a good base to reach all our favourite haunts. Cream tea welcome was much appreciated by all.

Orchard Lodge is the perfect holiday home for five couples - all en-suite rooms made it so much better than previous properties we have stayed in.. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the lounge was really comfortable and the log fire was a lovely feature, although we didn’t actually need it as the property was plenty warm enough. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great to be able to walk straight from the door too.

The property was great very well appointed and equipped.. Wonderful scones and cream tea left for us on arrival. The only negative was that there was no downstairs toilet which was a problem for my elderly father with disabilities.

We had a wonderful holiday at orchard cottage, it met our expectations, was very .... We had a wonderful holiday at orchard cottage, it met our expectations, was very comfortable and we had lots of extras that were appreciated The location , cleanliness and facilities were excellent for a family of 3 generations The quality of the beds were excellent and ensuites were a great asset We loved to walk across the road to local pub with good variety of meals We also like the access to nearby garage to get some extra groceries We could also walk into Boscastle and explore other pubs and restaurents We found owners helpful but unobtrusive

Lovely spacious, immaculate and well equipped house in a central position in Boscastle.. There was plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out and relax both inside and out. There was plenty of room for private parking for our four cars which was an added bonus. Lovely spot from which to explore this beautiful area of North Cornwall. Highly recommended!
