The property is also perfectly positioned to explore further afield in both Cornwall and Devon. On the ground floor guests will find one bedroom with en suite, lounge and kitchen/diner. The downstairs bedroom features a double bed, TV and en suite shower and WC. A TV is offered in the lounge area, which also features exposed stone walls and French doors. The lounge leads into the kitchen/diner, which features a family sized dining table, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
