Perfectly placed, close to the sandy beach at Crooklets and the vibrant coastal town of Bude which boasts an array of local amenities, a canal, and the beautiful beaches of Summerleaze, Sandymouth, Northcott and Duckpool are all close by.

The area is also a walker s paradise, with access to the South West Coast Path, at the bottom of the road, on which you can head north into Devon and visit the peaceful Hawkers Hut and stunning church at Morwenstow, or south towards Crackington Haven. There is an array of picturesque fishing villages and coves waiting to be explored, these include Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, a popular foodie destination.
