Sunnywell is a stone cottage located in the village of Lanivet in Cornwall. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region.

Over two floors.Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, WC and basin, 1 x twin (zip/link can be super king-size double on request). Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External utility with small table tennis table.

Area
Lanivet is a delightful little village in the heart of the Cornish countryside. It offers a shop and a pub serving food, as well as a fish and chip restaurant. It comes near to Bodmin, a popular town with a range of amenities. You can also easily reach the popular attractions of Bodmin Moor and the Camel cycle trail for to more energetic, whilst the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project provide a more relaxing pastime.

Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stair gate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised. Please note: you are able to charge an electric car at the property, however there will be a £80 + VAT (5%) per week, per vehicle charge payable to the owner If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to tell us and pay any additional charges as required. Any accessories required to facilitate this would not be provided. Please note: Check-in day in strictly Saturday between the months of May and September. Please note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
