DescriptionHoliday home Woodman's Lodge is a detached log cabin situated near the town of Nantwich in Cheshire. It comes with two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite and a twin room, along with a family bathroom, the property can sleep up to four people. The interior also offers an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside you will find plenty of off road parking and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub, along with surrounding open lawn. Woodman's Lodge is a high-quality cottage in a lovely part of Cheshire.
Accomodation Details All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Area Nantwich is five miles from Crewe, on the banks of the River Weaver and the Shropshire Union Canal. There are many markets and the town centre is pedestrianised, it has historic buildings and floral displays throughout the streets. Nantwich hosts events including The Battle of Nantwich in January, the Jazz, Blues and Music Festival at Easter and the International Cheese Awards in July. Market Drayton and Whitchurch are within 12 miles and worth a look to enjoy their history and architecture.

This is the second year we have stayed here. That's a good enough review. We have two small kids and this is a an excellent place to stay. Rooms and facilities are lovely. Hot tub is brilliant. Safe enough for them to run around. Very quiet. Nantwich is also very nice. About 30-45 mins drive to chester zoo and the ice cream farm.
Anthony the owner is also lovely. Can't do enough to make you're stay comfortable.

What a beautiful cottage and location.. It was everything we hoped and more. We were celebrating someone jetting off for a year and it was the perfect spot to stay in, catch up and relax. Can't wait to come back for the reunion. Absolutely beautiful.

Stayed here for New Years for 4 nights with the wife. We were very impressed with the lodge and surroundings and find it very relaxing. The lodge itself was immaculate and very well kept. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

The lodge we stayed in was just lovely we used it as a base camp for visiting family.. the owners were great and the lodge had everything we needed and more including the hot tub that was an extra bonus and was fab after a busy day to just chill out and relax. the site itself is lovely and quiet and just what we needed.
will definitely be booking this one again

We had a lovely week at the Woodmans Lodge.. Its decorated to a high standard and is in a peaceful and pleasant setting on the edge of a quiet caravan site. Nantwich is an easy walk away and there are also a river and canal to walk along. The hot tub was the highlight for us, always clean and a nice place to relax. Our little boy loved the space to run around and the horses nearby. The kitchen could have some more equipment but I got the impression that Anthony would have got us anything we needed if we asked. He was on hand if needed and nothing was too much bother. There's no washing machine in the lodge but one you can use on the caravan site if needed. All in all a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay again.

It was a great holiday the lodge was beautiful plus the hot tub was nice only .... It was a great holiday the lodge was beautiful plus the hot tub was nice only let down the matteress in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable plus the pillows were a bit uncomfortable also we had a few issues with bugs and crawlies windows outside could do with a window cleaner otherwise it was a good holiday

We had a wonderfuly relaxing 4 night break at Woodman's Lodge.. The lodge is in a lovely peaceful area. It was very comfortable and extremely well presented throughout. The hot tub was a great addition and the landscaping around the two lodges had clearly been thought out to allow for privacy. Anthony made it very clear that he was only a phonecall away had we have needed anything. We'd love to return someday.

Stayed at Woodman's Lodge in the first 2 weeks of July and had a fantastic stay.. The lodge itself was very modern, comfortable, well decorated and finished to a very high standard. Anthony and Julia were extremely helpful when required but also left us very much to our own devices without disturbing us as they were busy running the site.
All in all friendly hosts, excellent lodge and tub with modern amenities (including wifi and netflixs) in a great location just outside Nantwich which itself is a lovely town in the heart of the Cheshire countryside - perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge and it's peaceful location which is a great base to travel to some wonderful places in the area.. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The lodge was perfect, immaculate on arrival and the hot tub a real treat. I would highly recommend Woodman's Lodge to everyone.
