The house is in a good location, with a beautiful garden. However, the kitchen is very small, with a very small refrigerator and dishwasher that doesn't even fit a slightly larger plate. Most beds were fine, but some mattresses were worn. The Wi-Fi was very weak, making it unusable. Upon arrival, no one was to be found. After calling, we received a code for a key box to get in. We also didn't receive a guest card all week, which we were entitled to.

Nice house with a special layout, beautiful garden, good facilities and very nice managers. The only point of attention is the kitchen, which is small. Furthermore, the communication was very pleasant, the house is clean and tidy and very well maintained.

The apartment is very well equipped. I thought it was great that the toilets are separate and the accommodation is on the lower floor, which meant it wasn't so warm. The rooms are well suited for a large group or family. The terrace with garden is very nice and also has a great view. The supermarket, a bike rental and a sauna are within walking distance. The kitchen is very small, but adequately equipped with utensils. The refrigerator is also correspondingly small.

The large holiday apartment with a beautiful terrace, fenced garden and very small kitchen is located on a slope in the Habichen district and is an excellent starting point for excursions and activities in the Ötztal. The beautiful Piburger Lake can be reached in 25 minutes (only) on foot, Ötz with good shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, sports clothing and equipment) and restaurants is just a few minutes away by car. The friendly landlords live in the house and are very helpful.

The facility is well located and also offers 2 parking spaces for cars The landlady is friendly - the rooms are all big enough and the garden is very nice The furniture is getting old and the kitchen is unfortunately much too small and without an oven - that should be you know beforehand. Price-performance is okay - Habichen is a starting point for many tours.

A nice house in a quiet location. 3 bathrooms is very nice if you stay with 6 people. Plenty of crockery and further household goods. Good beds. Very friendly owners of the house. The kitchen is small in relation to the rest of the house. Short distance to Oetz and the ski lift.

Nice large apartment with nice split level layout and beautiful garden. Good value for money. We have been here with 6 adults (3 couples, ourselves and our son and daughter with girlfriend and boyfriend), plenty of space. At the time of our stay, the view was somewhat spoiled by some construction cranes and renovations to the building, which had a view from the garden. Fortunately there was no noise and we had a full program (Hoch Otz beautiful!) so we were not bothered by this.

The accommodation was very well presented, lots of space (except for the tiny kitchen area) and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with, plenty of space for the car and easy to find. The location for skiing the valley is excellent with the local area very close - a 2 minute drive away. The broadband provided did not work which is the only slight negative of our stay. We only had 3 staying so the tiny kitchen was not a problem, it might be with a larger party.

The accommodation was very good. The only small flaw is the very small kitchen. If you take care of yourself, you shouldn't have claustrophobia. ;) The refrigerator cooled very much, since the freezer did not close. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Super accommodation with good facilities and the best view of the mountains. Also only about a 10 minute drive to Area 47 which was our main criteria. Gladly again!

Comfortable house with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Good beds. Lots of cupboard space and more than enough kitchen utensils and crockery. We knew the kitchen was small so it took some adjustment. But if you don't want to cook extensively or if you are in the kitchen with more than 1 person, it is doable. You are in a few minutes at the ski lift and the village. The owners of the house are very sweet and friendly people. In short, highly recommended.

It was really facinating!!! Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this apartment! Owners are very nice and pleasant! We had all needed facilities in this home. Yes - kitchen is bit small - but that was enough for us. Location is perfect for the stay with the children! Thanks a lot! Ps we took somehow 2 kitchen towels - we are ready to compensate its price - but I don’t gave direct contacts of the owners((
