House "Skistadl". 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 11 km from the centre of Fügen, 18 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: property with meadow. Barbecue. In the house: restaurant, central heating system. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 900 m. Shop 6 km, railway station "Kaltenbach" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Winter info: The SKISTADL house is right on the snow-covered valley descent to Kaltenbach, approx. 500 m above the middle station of the Hochzillertalbahn (see ski map). On the ground floor of the house, the landlords run a cozy mountain restaurant with a sun terrace (open from approx. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., house guests receive a 10% discount on the daily menu, closed in summer!). The house can be reached in two ways: 1) Access by car from Kaltenbach (4 km) on a small mountain road to the landlord's house near the middle station, snow chains may be necessary. From there, an ascending footpath and transport path leads to the house (approx. 900 m). 2) Ascent with the Hochzillertalbahn to the mountain station (operating hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). From there over 3 km long, groomed and snow-covered ski run to the house (run for experienced skiers). On the day of arrival, the cable car can be used free of charge from 3 p.m., provided that the ski passes for the following day are purchased. Extra: The landlord takes care of the luggage transport from his house to the apartments with a snow groomer. Arrival between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. (due to luggage transport), on the day of departure (Sunday) by 8 a.m. Parking at the landlord's house or at the valley station.
