For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, railway station "Kaltenbach" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.

We had a great time there, the apartment was very, very clean and modern, the electrical devices were from XXX. We were greeted very warmly, M. was such a lovely and warm person, she helped us in many ways, also gave us information and tips on where to go, i.e. sights. Since we were in the mountains, we had a very had a nice view. I would very much like to visit this apartment again. Recommendation: 100%!
