Large holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything clean and tidy. Keys handed over at the Hotel Seetal in the Ried district. Very friendly and nice welcome, thank you for that! The apartment is designed for a maximum of 12 people, if 2 people are willing to sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining room. If you want to cook for the maximum number of people, the kitchenette is a bit too small. The pool in the basement was particularly popular with the children, but it was very warm.

The advertised conditions (close to ski bus stop, bakery, etc.) were correct. The swimming pool is great, as is the sauna.

The apartment is nice and big, the kitchen has all the utensils. For our group a toilet was missing, there are only 2 there for 10 people apartment. Otherwise everything was fine and handing over the key is also uncomplicated, just leave it in the door.

A beautiful, very centrally located apartment, which is a good starting point because there are many lifts nearby. With such a high capacity, a second key and a larger clothes rack would be good.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Very nice little indoor pool. Clean apartment with a very large balcony. The small village of Stumm is a pearl of the Zillertal. Many small restaurants and shops in the town center.

Great location, good beds, large sauna and nice indoor pool. Too bad that the extra toilet does not contain a sink. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Big, spacious apartman. Close to Hochzillertal slopes, 1,5km. Food store nearby, ca 200 m from the house. Swimmingpool and sauna area is nice but was overcrowded between 4pm and 8pm (after skiing).

Unfortunately, the apartment is getting a bit old. Unfortunately, having stayed there a number of times, we cannot identify any renewals or renovations. Sometimes the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Eg cobwebs in the bedroom and in front of the apartment door, etc. The swimming and sauna area is particularly recommended. We were very happy to use it. This year there was also a table tennis table, which we enjoyed playing on. Unfortunately, the outdoor areas (balcony) or the inner courtyard and the entrance areas do not invite you to linger because of the cleanliness.
