Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake. Private: property 1'000 m2, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 5 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.8 km, skisport facilities 4.8 km, cross country ski track 4 km, ice field 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The sauna is available (extra) in shared use and is 300m. This Tyrolean style farmhouse dates from 1750 and still has its original shapes (small doors).

The accommodation was very nice for us. It has the charm of a rustic mountain hut. The rooms and facilities were also very satisfactory. We'll be back. With a dog, the walks are more limited to the street.

Everything you need is in place. Slightly troublesome paleness in ovens. Beware the low door. There is a ski dryer which is missing from the description.

The approach to the house is challenging, the reward is a fully equipped authentic house with dangerously low door frames. The lovely hostess showed us an unprecedented level of trust. You won't get tired of the amazing view from the two connected terraces. We were only bothered by small things: some windows could not be opened, there is no fridge in the second kitchen and there are a lot of flies at this height. In the summer, the Zillertal is a rich source of trips especially for children, XXX is definitely worth it.

Great holiday home for a week of winter sports. Do not expect great luxury, but a traditional atmosphere with wood stove, low wooden ceilings and low doors. There are two kitchens, useful for larger groups. We found only two showers and toilets a bit too small for a larger group. Very nice and helpful managers.

All in all, a successful vacation. Accommodation is definitely recommended. Everything was there that you need for a good holiday. The landlord is very nice and prudent. The wall heaters on the upper floor are not sufficient.
