When booking, it is stated that the apartment has 4 rooms and 3 bedrooms. This applies to the apartment on the first floor, but not to the apartment on the top floor. The reservation was also confirmed with: 4 rooms, 3 bedrooms (kitchen with dining area is not a room!). The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired: there was other people's underwear under the chair covers in the bathroom. So the covers in the bathroom are not washed

Nice and neat holiday home. Sweet owner. Ski boot dryers are handy. Not far from ski bus and Kaltenbach ski area. Only a pity that we could only get into the house after 16:00... eventually the day is almost over once you have unloaded everything.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment. There is 1 common room (the kitchen), therefore there is no seating area / sofa. The 3 bedrooms: very practical for our family of 5 adults. Very nice that the supermarket is around the corner (for the Semmel in the morning). The ski lift is also close by.

Nice spacious apartment, good beds, quiet area. Walking distance from the station. Ski rental, ski bus stop and supermarket literally around the corner. Great base for Kaltenbach, Zell am Ziller - Gerlos. One of us arrived earlier (announced) but could not get in touch, the phone was not answered, door remained closed. And even after contact no possibility to leave the luggage. A less than hospitable reception.

We were with three children and a dog in the beautiful Zillertal. Our vacation was fantastic and very varied. The apartment was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. H. is a very nice hostess. We'll be back for sure.

We were here with 5 people and a dog. The Zillertal offers numerous activities/hikes with dogs. Dogs were always welcome in the huts too.

Central but quiet location and very spacious holiday home: The tourist tax in Ried is quite high and unfortunately there is little in return compared to other holiday regions in Austria

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and great location: 50m to the ski bus and shop, 300m to the cable car. Hassle-free owner, only seen once upon arrival.

Good holiday home with the expected equipment. Very good location, ski rental, ski bus, restaurant and small grocery store within 250 metres. Approx. 1 km. to ski lift. Perfect starting point for our skiing holiday.
