Large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, grill) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), tiled stove. Large terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. The beautiful, large terrace is available for single use, it is situated a half-floor higher than the apartment and is accessible via the stairwell. An additional toilet is available (next door, same floor). The tiled stove is not heated with wood, but electrically. Warning: No charging facility for electric cars. Key collection 7 km from the apartment.

Hippach: Beautiful, cosy apartment house "Am Ziller". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Hippach, 3.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2 km from the skiing area, directly by the river. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Ramsau" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 150 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 20 m, gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski rental 150 m, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Zillertal-3000 2 km, Zillertal Arena 5 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

The dishwasher did not work and we were unlucky that there was construction next to us. House is quite noisy and we heard the neighbors above / below well (at night)

We were there for 2 weeks. The accommodation is centrally located and you can reach the shops, the train station, the outdoor pool and the restaurants on foot.

In itself a reasonable holiday home, but there were also a number of things that were disappointing. The bathroom is only accessible from the master bedroom and the terrace had no lighting. Furthermore, the bathroom was not clean and the dishwasher did not work properly. Some of the dishes are not cleaned.

The apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is very cozy. Unfortunately, the kitchen is poorly equipped. The bathroom is only accessible from one bedroom. In the bedroom it booms loudly, probably. from the heating system. The two landlords are extremely unfriendly, you are harshly rebuked when you park in the wrong place. The surrender is an endless lecture. You don't feel welcome. They just hang up on the phone if you have a question.

Our stay was basically great, everything went well: the apartment was clean on arrival and everything was available as agreed: baby bed + baby high chair. The beds were very comfortable and recommended. The only drawbacks were the kitchen utensils (only a few cooking spoons available, no oven trays available to make lasagna or the like, no microwave, dishwasher did not clean well). The location is also very good and close to the bike path.
