This is what a vacation should look like! After a day you feel like you have arrived. After a week you feel relaxed. And if the little ones cry when they leave because they have to go home, then you've done everything right. Kudos to the wonderful hosts!! Even if the bathrooms and the kitchen are not ultra-modern, the apartment more than makes up for it with its location, cleanliness, the garden, the view, the tranquility, the nice hosts and much more!!!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time spent in Austria in the Ötztal Valley at the Schmittnhof Apartments. Coffee in the morning with a beautiful view of the Alps makes your heart beat faster, you smile and feel great. Thanks to Johannes, we were able to communicate in English without any problems. We enjoyed a wonderful winter sports in Niederthai. The house is neat, has 3 spacious bedrooms and a kitchen with sitting area. Unfortunately, the kitchen only has a skylight and therefore no view of the beautiful surroundings. The house is ideally located on the slopes, so you can ski straight from the house!

The object in the photos looks bigger, in April the access to the glacier is 60 km both ways. Fridge for max. 3 people, not 6. I chose this house because there was no other house closer to the glacier.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Three bathrooms, equiped kitchen with all what we needed, nice balcony view and easy connection to Sölden. On the top of that - awesome curvy road which leads to the property! Lot of fun :). Thank you for this experience and hopefully see you another time.

The accommodation is at an altitude of about 1500 meters. In winter, proper winter equipment is required for the car. Cellular and WiFi was a bit weak.

A very nice accommodation. Large bedrooms with many toilets. Very nice landlords who were helpful and accommodating. The location of the house was perfect in a lovely rural setting. Can really recommend this accommodation. Year man 1 family with 2 children it is optimal, but we were 2 families with 4 children and it worked very well.
