Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Shower/WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Heating, underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Grimming. Facilities: sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (5 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Available in the kitchen: beer dispenser (beer kegs against payment from the owner) as well as a constantly filled modern coffee machine with various hot drinks at the push of a button is available for a fee (billed on site at the end of your stay).

Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable timber house 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the residence. In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Mountain railway 16 km, ski lift 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 14 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Property ref. AT8962.636.1/2 is situated on the same property. The complex has another 1 chalet for rent.

I stayed at Fredi's cabin for 1 week with my girlfriend and my dog. We received a very warm welcome and the hosts were very attentive and helpful for the rest of our stay. At this point a big THANK YOU to both of them! :) The hut was very clean and we felt right at home. The location is also great. We will come back in any case!

The house is very cozy, offers all the necessary comfort and is run by extremely nice hosts. We particularly enjoyed the daily fresh milk from the cowshed. The house is located in a great landscape with very nice hiking opportunities in the mountains, all of which can be reached quickly. A very nice holiday week lies behind us.

We had a wonderful holiday in Fredis Hütte. The house is very spacious, very comfortable, everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday is there. There was even a sauna in the house, but we didn't need it... the natural bathing pond is a hit and invites you to sunbathe comfortably... all in all a great holiday in a great environment with very nice landlords. Gladly again !!!

So we went skiing with two families with children. The house is great. The landlords are totally warm, nice and accommodating. There was fresh milk from the own cows directly from the landlord. We will definitely come back. We just really liked it.

Great accommodation, great natural bathing pond. An amazing view of the mountains. Everything you need is available. Dog, cat, rabbit and cow to touch. Totally nice, relaxed landlord. We will also visit Freddy's cabin a 3rd time. Family... thanks for the great accommodation.
