A beautiful holiday home, very rustically furnished, clean and comfortable. Lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful, secluded outdoor area. Quiet area with many hiking opportunities. The landlady is sweet as candy, very personable and open-hearted. We were there with our three children and it was definitely not the last time

We were looking for peace and relaxation, we found both there ♡ The house is rustic and comfortably furnished, the property with a view of the mountains is a dream. A wow moment every morning. Clean and tidy at that! With a dog just perfect. The landlords very hospitable and nice. Thank you dear Fam. F. for coffee and cake on your alpine pasture with you. We'll be back ♡

Chalet Simon is beautifully situated, shielded from the other houses and overlooking the mountains. It is a convenient starting point for excursions to Ramsau and the Salzkammergut. The facilities are ideal and the host P. is very friendly and helpful. We spent a very nice week and would love to come back.

As a city person, you sometimes want to spend a really quiet time close to nature. This house is ideal for that. Shielded by spruces and bushes, with a large meadow on a hillside - also suitable for "sportier" dogs. The equipment is complete and (as far as the basement with sauna, IR cabin and shower is concerned) is already top class. The rest will be modernized. Very nice owners!

Hello, contrary to your description, the basement floor was still under construction, so that the 2nd bathroom including the toilet and the sauna were not usable. According to the landlord, you were informed about this. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable.

Beautifully located, spacious and cozy house on a hillside with very nice new owners. Sauna and swimming pond will be built in spring. Good shopping opportunities in Gröbming and the surrounding area! We will definitely be back!
