Only after booking the so-called key service did Interhome inform them that a bicycle courier service would be commissioned with it. This procedure was a bit irritating, but worked well. The courier service was punctual to the minute, even when the delivery time changed at short notice. The apartment is centrally located near the Museum Quarter. Natural History Museum, Art History Museum, Leopold Museum, etc. are within walking distance for those who are interested, and all other sights can be easily reached by public transport. The apartment itself makes a safe impression and is spared from traffic noise. The distances given in the advertisement are realistic. Mattresses and bedding were clean, towels for the most part spotless. A few changes in the living area could certainly create a feel-good atmosphere, which would then certainly reflect the price-performance ratio better: there are no curtains. The condition of the blinds is totally unacceptable. They are very worn and limited in their function. However, they are urgently needed in order not to be at the mercy of possible looks from the neighbors. About 50% of the windows apparently cannot be opened or their mechanism is defective. That's why there are signs attached to prevent it from being opened (please do not open!!!) The wall unit and the closet were spacious and practical by our standards (1 week stay), the compartments of the closet were unfortunately dusty. The only "socket" in the bathroom cannot be used for the usual electrical devices. In any case, we didn't have any success with it. The lighting above the small kitchenette is missing 50% of the bulbs. We did not find any additional garbage bags. But they would meet the service we expect from our guests as well as a sweeping set (dustpan and broom). The carpet under the kitchen table is just as dirty as the cushions on both chairs. If these instructions were implemented, we could definitely imagine booking again via Interhome.
