We did not receive the house that was confirmed in our travel documents. (Instead of house 49 EG, we received house 97 EG) We had already complained about this in advance (to Mrs. D.). There was a big visual difference from the outside. Our assigned apartment number 97 was only very inadequately cleaned. There were still bottles and socks from the previous occupants under the beds. Cobwebs and dust in many places. You will receive a detailed report.

The apartment itself is in a good location and the holiday village is beautifully situated by a small bathing lake. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty when we arrived, so we had to clean it first. We swept out at least a bucket of dirt from under the many carpets in the apartment. We had to wash the glasses and dishes before using them. For the amount of 1,000.00 euros for a week, we find it very shocking that the apartment was not handed over clean.
