Mold in the apartment, the apartment was uninhabitable, there was still garbage from the previous tenant everywhere, cobwebs, moldy dishes, smoke alarms and sockets broken, kitchen window broken, no WiFi available, no description of where to do laundry, general condition of the apartment in need of renovation, smells of musty smell
