The accommodation is good overall and scores particularly well for the many bedrooms. The furniture and beds are good, although one sofa was quite worn. A small drawback is the unconventional doors, which make it impossible to lock the downstairs toilet. The biggest problem is the kitchen with very cheap appliances and broken and dirty lamps. The kitchen table was also sticky. One positive point is the holiday complex's communal sauna.

Accommodation was good for 10 people. Unfortunately the fridge was too small for so many people - there is potential for improvement. Location and connection was great ;) Staff very friendly, handover was very straightforward ☺️

We enjoyed this real Austrian holiday home. A small downside was that there was no chair in the bedrooms. Even if it was just a simple kitchen chair to put your clothes on. The shorter ladies couldn't see in the mirrors because they were too high. Maybe a mirror in the hall? Otherwise perfect!

Stayed in chalet no. 3 which is very large and comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities. The only flaw is the dishwasher to be changed because it is now dated. For the rest: optimal position for walks and to reach the various ski lifts - maximum tranquility. Nearby, naturally reachable by car supermarkets: EP and H.

The houses themselves are not bad for larger groups, but very shabby and not really clean (hair ties from previous travelers in the bed, very dingy sofa). Also were as in other houses otherwise existing things (pepper, sponge).

Cottage well equipped as expected.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished and ideal for a short break with a larger group. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped and a grill was available. Sufficient and labeled containers are available for separating waste, which are conveniently housed in an annex. The house was clean, only the couch and the upholstery in the dining area definitely need to be replaced or deep cleaned. Negative. fly invasion!!! Eating outside or airing impossible.

The chalet was good value for money. Especially the location is ideal, quiet and yet close to everything. Furniture in the living room needs to be replaced.

Good location, mostly clean, good room layout, sauna great. Point deduction for the too small kitchen for 8 people and no sharp knives.

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. In addition to the hut, which had a living room including dining area and kitchen, there was a ski room, a cold area for drinks, sufficient bathrooms and a sauna house for the use of all 5 houses. We had to share this Mon-Fri from 5-8 p.m. with all other 4 houses. After consultation it was ok, but it wasn't as described on the website. The location was very good, with the ski bus you could reach the ski areas

Very cozy house. Nice hosts. Particularly noteworthy: the swedish oven!

A very nice house. Excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.

We were on vacation with our children and 3 grandchildren (3,4 and 6 years). The house let us relax from the first moment with its rustic charm and the built-in beds and cupboards. The children could play wonderfully without fear of breaking something. Permanent supervision was also not necessary in the outdoor area, as there were no major roads or unsecured dangerous streams in the immediate vicinity. The refrigerator reaches its limits with 9 people.

We were with two families in the beautiful wooden house made entirely of wood and both parents and children felt very comfortable right from the start. Everything very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not very big and even cooking for two is a bit difficult. But for a week with us no real problem.

A beautiful house in the center of the Zillertal. Well equipped. Nice size for 7 of us. Something to complain about which unfortunately could be replaced is the sofa and seating area in the dining area is a bit dated or worn. And it was dusty in the house despite cleaning.

+ The landlord was quickly reachable by phone if there were problems. The proximity to the ski area is great - 2 minutes by car and you are already very shabby at the gondola - hut, carelessly pieced together interior, hut designed for 10 people, but sometimes not enough cutlery or plates. No toaster . Bathrooms are really small, 2 mini-bathrooms for 10 adults is sporty in the morning. roll service unfortunately didn't work out for us,

We came with a group of 9 people and were very impressed by the rustic and cozy interior of the house. The handover by Mrs. ... was very friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. The bread service worked great. The only downside: the sauna is not freely usable on Sundays, but has to be paid extra (50 euros), but is then only available to the paying house.

Nice little facility with a small private playground on a street with little or no traffic. Cows, sheep, chickens and horses in sight. Shops within walking distance. Unfortunately, the bread service only works when the village is full. Unfortunately only bad WiFi.

We liked it and would love to come back

Really a great holiday home, very comfortable! Only the many flies disturbed. Fly screens in front of all windows would be really helpful here. And a latch for the toilets and bathrooms would be nice!

June 2019
The location is nice and quiet, the house with lots of wood is very cozy, it was also clean, the beds were comfortable. It swarms with house flies, which is why there is a sign not to leave the windows open. However, there is no getting around ventilation. If all the windows were fitted with fly screens, that would be a blessing. The kitchen is quite small if someone really arrives with 10 people. Especially the fridge is designed for a 2 person household

Very cozy and clean. Bread service works great. Lots of information available in the house! Arrival and departure formalities handled quickly and easily!

May 2018
Beautiful house with a cabin character, enough space and storage space for 6 adults and 4 children (6/7/9/10 years), quiet environment, few cars, a little more kitchen utensils would be good (more cutlery, trivet, second pan, large sieve) , very, very many flies, fly screens on some windows would be highly recommended, ventilation only possible at night

February 2018
decent accommodation, we only had one front door key, the sauna is too small for five holiday homes, no ski boot dryer and no space to store 10 pairs of skis, so we had to use a depot on the piste
