Ideal accommodation for going skiing, very pretty, functional and well located

Hello, we were very satisfied with the services of Swisspeak in Zinal. The apartment was clean and well located and there were enough towels and kitchen towels. Thank you for the efficiency of your organization. We regretted not having asked for accommodation with a balcony but otherwise everything was perfect.

Correct accommodation but certainly not made for 4 people, lack of hooks for clothes, towels... Excessive heat and spread of cooking odors. Parking too expensive (10FS/day) compared to the price of municipal parking (5FS/day) and lack of information from the reception staff.

Beautiful clean apartment in a wonderful recently completed complex of buildings in a modern Alpine style. Quiet environment, great attitude of the staff, wonderful view, fully equipped kitchen, bus stop in front of the resort, shops and restaurants two minutes away. A forest, stream, cable car and of course mountains are nearby. Both Zinal and the stylish villages accessible by bus are the starting point for hikes with wonderful views and for getting to know the local culture. Ideal for individuals or couples, for more people I recommend a larger apartment.

I can't say anything negative about the apartment, everything is clean, tidy, great beds, great bathroom. The only negative thing is the high parking fees. €10 per day and night. Just too much.

Sublime parenthesis in the middle of the Valais in Swiss quality accommodation:

After asking for access to the billiard room at the reception, I was told to go to the restaurant next door to get the key, the central restaurant being closed for two days. This one tells me that no it's not possible too much effort too complicated .... so also closed two days it's bad when you come until Thursday! Not very professional in terms of customer service All these places closed during the week does not seem correct to me either limit honest.

Very nice and very well located accommodation. Really everything very practical: access and location, ski room. Unfortunately, it was too warm in the apartment and the regulator was already on the bottom.

Everything was perfect except the skating rink at the bottom of the stairs to access the buildings

We had a wonderful time, the clean apartment, beautiful choice of materials. We would have liked to find a product for the shower. The only comment I can make.

The concept of not having a closed bathroom is detestable… Access stairs to the ski room damaged and therefore difficult to access

The holiday accommodation was very comfortable. we could enjoy the time and had everything we needed.

We had an apartment with a bedroom and sofa bed which is well furnished. Everything was clean and transaction without problems. Children loved the small toboggan run in front of the door. The ski cabinet is absolutely brilliant. It was crowded in the morning and evening, but the equipment was stowed away and warm in the morning. Improvement: Sofa bed is already badly worn out. It's no fun sleeping there anymore. Kitchen equipment is good but some knives, peelers, etc. are of poor quality.

we had a wonderful stay in this establishment, everything is very well thought out. the only "problems" are the ineffective wifi at all and the lack of storage for clothes in the apartment,

In another Swisspeak we had salt, pepper and condiments available. There was nothing there and we had to buy at the station store. Shame.

Well-kept facility, noisy neighbors, unsecured WiFi and poor web connection at peak times

- The free WiFi is very weak, a better additional solution that is payable would be good. - A radio reception next to the unspeakably bad German private stations would be very good. - ARTE in German as well as OE2 and the ARD regional channels would be the perfect addition.

This was our 4th stay at the Swisspeak in Zinal. We always appreciate the apartments, warm, clean and well appointed and the region which is magnificent. On the other hand, we were disappointed for the respect of the health rules. Other guests hardly ever wore masks in the hallways, elevators and ski room. We mentioned it twice to the people at the reception, who did not feel concerned.

Uncomplicated service when booking over the phone, as it was very spontaneous. Top apartment in the center of Zinal. Good starting point for hikes. Bus in the entire valley including apartment in alpine chic style, super nice.

My stay was not a vacation, but a refuge between the sale of my chalet in the region and the search for my next home. The apartment rented in Zinal was spacious, well equipped and very clean on arrival, with friendly and nice staff. Including the bistro where I bought several cups of coffee. To recommend.

Spacious holiday home, beautifully and sustainably furnished. Kitchen equipped with enough material (dishes, cutlery, all kinds of glasses, oven, dishwasher, expresso machine. Lovely beds. Out of season, good price. Near bus stop, bank, restaurants, shops, bakery, elevator. Only 2 minuses: parking to pay ( nearby). Waste: everything in 1 bag. Presence of separate containers encourages people to sort. The environment will thank us!

great concept and well-equipped apartment (I would have just appreciated supports - outside the cupboards - for wet clothes (rain, hiking, etc.) the apartment in question is very good for 2 people

We wanted to spend a short week in a nice quiet apartment close to nature in the Swiss mountains. Our stay was perfect even with cold and rainy weather. There was to do inside and when we were able to get out the Magic Pass took us to the magnificent heights around.

"Bathroom": the hangers for the hand towels are too small for the hooks next to the sink! There are no hooks for the kitchen towels! The beds are unusually high and I wondered if there were metal springs in the mattresses that hurt me depending on the lying position. Since we arrived by public transport, it would have been useful if the bus station had been specified.

Were 3 and impossible to find the 3rd bed…. A person had to sleep one night without a duvet and pillow We called the number called "emergency" and stayed 36 minutes without anyone deigning to answer Really very disappointed with the overall service A complaint email was sent yesterday

Great apartment, tastefully decorated and lit with a great kitchen and nice bathroom. The storage space under the beds is a nice find to get rid of your suitcases. Everything was there for shower and kitchen. A tip, there is no pepper and salt present. So if you want to cook, it's best to bring this with you. The people of the brasserie, however, helped us out of the need by borrowing a salt and pepper shaker until we could buy it in the shop, which is 200 m away. Recommended!

Very tastefully furnished, well-equipped, small holiday apartment, great lighting concept, absolutely quiet location. Points of criticism were the request to remove the beds, empty the dishwasher, the additional chargeable garage, the 10% discount on the enclosed coupon that was not granted in the bistro, app rather without any sensible options.

The big advantage was to be able to eat at the restaurant, in these times of prohibitions

We enjoyed the residence. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Excellent location, in the center of the village and 5 min walk from the cable cars. Very nice home !

Modernly furnished, central location

Nice apartment, great design, but unfortunately also a few small flaws. Practically no hooks to hang up wet winter clothes, storage space very tight, no broom in the apartment or on the floor, there are small details that are missing for a very good. The bathroom consists of a closed shower cell, a separate toilet and an open washbasin right next to the wardrobe in the entrance. Otherwise great facility and good location to the gondola. Drying room for ski boots/helmet top.

We find this place fantastic and the staff also except for a lady at the reception who seems to be the chef. She speaks to people from above and even though we have very little to do at the reception we found her really inappropriate. I allowed myself a remark and it shows itself even worse. As the purpose of the holidays is to have fun, we let it go.

Very professional and friendly welcome, the person who received us knows the place very well. Apartment easily accessible. The interior is very well designed, the kitchen is functional and there was nothing missing from the well-designed toilets, which are separated. The bedding is excellent of good quality. Sufficient storage.

Very comfortable, well equipped and beautiful decor. Ski room well located and very practical. Excellent location in the village and near cable cars. Beginner/toboggan run with treadmill attached to the residence, a treat for children!

The accommodation is brand new and very tastefully decorated! The kitchen and bathroom are great! The initial supply of useful items such as coffee capsules and washing-up liquid was excellent. We really felt very comfortable there! It could just have a little more storage or counter space. The sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable for sleeping either. Unfortunately, the sofa bed and the bed squeaked a lot. But other than that, the bed was very comfortable with the thick mattress and great blankets and pillows.
