Warm and well-equipped apartment Close to shops and restaurants

Leaky window, as soon as the toilet or kitchen ventilation was switched on, it really pulled in. Our children had cold in the room. Heating fully turned up, but no big difference noticed.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived. The heating didn't work. Only from the 4-5 day worked the heating after multiple complaints. The temperature in the apartment was only bearable thanks to the additional mobile radiator that we received from reception. Access to the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom flooded after shower. The reception took care of the problems with the best commitment, but the apartment was never really warm.

The place and the apartments are exceptional, really very well and the complex is top. To recommend.

Everything is gathered in these new apartments of a very good standard to spend a pleasant week. Building 3 is very well located with direct access to the garage.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the hotel and we are always delighted.

The Swisspeak Resort in Zinal is beautiful and modern. The accommodation is chic and homey. Unfortunately, in addition to the beautiful design, many functional details have been forgotten. It has far too little storage space, for example, there are no hanging options for the towels in the kitchen. Although actually family-friendly, there is a lack of children's dishes. The large, ventilated ski room is very comfortable. The gaming room is a hit.... the playroom for the little ones is rather sparse.

New building and apartment, tastefully designed. Enough space and storage areas to live with 4 people. Very good sound insulation between the different apartments. Easy access to the gondola.

Found something for a ski holiday at short notice and happened upon the Peaks Resort in Zinal! It was very enjoyable!

After several years of holidays in mountain hotels with half board, we chose this apartment to be the closest to the 4000 peaks and we were not disappointed! Quality of almost new accommodation and all that we had to find in it is excellent as well as the village of Zinal which offers plenty of opportunities for young and old walkers. The tourist infrastructure as well as the offer of free services with the vouchers exceeded all our expectations.

Apartment very good but lack of places to dry ski gear and problem of draining water in the shower (water comes out of the tray and floods under the toilet). Otherwise, cleanliness and business available very well. The animator of the children's room "jumps" on us as soon as we arrive at the reception to take the keys... perhaps it would be more pleasant to receive the info by the reception rather than when we get out of the car afterwards several hours of driving... Inconstant internet access depending on the time of day...
