I've stayed at this apt quite a few times over the last few years and also apt #5 as well. The location is excellent and close to all the local pubs, restaurants, and various shopping stores. The entire walk around Market St takes about 10-15 minutes if you just want to walk. The apt(s) both #5 and #12 have all the amenities you need if you don't want to eat out every night. The under building garage is an added plus for security and also nice if it's raining. Nothing at the moment that I can think of in the way of improvement(s)

Outstanding apartment, Great for a single person like me or a couple with the option of cooking your own meals(well stocked kitchen supplies) as an option to eating out everyday. Great location as well, easy walk to local shops and pubs and right above the bank with an ATM right outside the door on the 1st level. Secure parking facility so no problem looking for a parking spot. This is my 2nd stay at this location, last year it was 1 level below. Place in a safety mat in the shower as I bought another one and rolled it up and [laced in the closet for someone else to use, floor a bit slippery when stepping out of the tub/shower. Ladies will see you next year. Thanks
