Really well equipped and comfortable house.. Very nicely done. Lovely to have the welcome basket and essentials which a lot of holiday properties don’t bother with. Superb views and excellent location for us. Would recommend. Very good value.

The brochure advertising Panoramic Cottage met our expectations in every way.. When we arrived and crossed the threshold we were delighted with all aspects of this lovely house. The space, the decor, comfort and cleanliness, not to mention the view is outstanding. We were blessed with the weather too so all in all, we couldn't fault Panoramic in any way.

We had a fantastic stay at the Panoramic Cottage.. It was clean, bright and spacious. There was everything you could think of available, you don’t need to take anything with you. The best part about the house are the views, they are absolutely breath taking, we could not take our eyes off it. The only issue I would say is there is no direct parking and you have to park on the road. I imagine in the summer it is a nightmare to find a parking space. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

The cottage , the views from it, the welcoming provisions and all sorts of little touches were all absolutely excellent.. We had a lovely week there. That said were are all relatively fit and we had no children with us. Prospective renters need to know that parking near this cottage is a problem . You may be left searching for parking space sometimes at a distance away. There are also very steep and narrow one way roads everywhere in Brixham. Not for the faint hearted.

Lovely venue.. Amazing view over Brixham harbour from picture windows and balcony. House well equipped with everything you need [except a parking space.] Highly recommended

The accommodation was excellent, exactly as described, really clean and in a brilliant location.. The Sykes app was great for having everything I needed in one place and the local information was very helpful. The price of the accommodation was good value for money especially for the time of year in the summer holidays.

A fantastic house, set in an idyllic spot with the most amazing views of Brixham and out to Sea.. The cottage has been kept to an exceedingly high standard, and the little touches by the owner, such as arriving to basic groceries in the kitchen and a large vase of sunflowers on arrival was really nice and made us feel very welcome. It was a shame the single bed had been changed for bunk beds, after I had booked but it did not affect our enjoyment of the house. It became quite hot at times in the kitchen and could have benefitted from some blinds. Although no parking at the property we had no problems parking on the road running alongside the house, (Queens road itself was hard to park in). Overall I would recommend this cottage to anyone; eating in their kitchen dinner, looking out at remarkable sunrises and sunsets was amazing, We will definitely consider coming back :-)

5 star accommodation! Fantastic property perfectly located only a short walk to Brixham Harbour. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The property has sea views from virtually every window and you can relax and unwind watching the busy harbour from a 1st floor veranda. I have already recommended Sykes and 1 Queens Road to friends and family and we will definitely be returning!
