Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the beach, there are several beaches within easy reach, including the town s main Breakwater Beach (0.5 mile), the peaceful St Mary s Bay (1 mile) and Shoalstone Beach (0.5 mile) with its tidal pool. Further afield, the towns of Torquay (9 miles) and Paignton (5.5 miles) are popular destinations with visitors which can be reached by foot ferry. Other attractions such as Kents Cavern (10 miles), Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles) and Woodlands Adventure Park (10 miles). The front of the property is accessed via six external steps from the road. Step inside and you will be greeted by a bright and attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a relaxing space with a comfy corner sofa, a Smart TV and views over the town and out to sea from the full length window. Moving to the back of the property is the kitchen, which is very well equipped. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a shower room. Heading up the steep cottage style stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms; the first bedroom is a double room with a Smart TV and sea and harbour views from full length windows. The second bedroom is a cosy single room. Completing the first floor is a shower room. The master bedroom can be found on the second floor which is accessed via steep cottage style stairs. It is a light and airy king size room with a Smart TV, stunning views towards the harbour and sea from the full length windows and has the additional benefit of a roof terrace with seating. There is a small terrace at the front of the property with a bench so you can watch the world go by. At the back of the property is a small secluded seating area with a bistro set for two accessed via seven external steps, here you can sit outside with your morning coffee before setting off for the day ahead. The property also boasts a roof terrace accessed from the master bedroom, which has outside seating. Although there is no parking directly outside the property, parking can be found on the street in nearby residential areas or at public car parks where charges apply.
