Arrival on December 27th, 2023 / Apartment 673/1 What awaited us was not a pleasant joy in the holiday apartment we were about to move into. The keys were handed over quickly and without showing us all the rooms. The lady disappeared very quickly. We also contacted the local agency, but they could only offer us something outside of Harrachov. We declined. The ladies at the agency on site tried very hard, praise for that! Ms. Ivana Habrova was no longer reachable by phone
