Very beautiful, cosy apartment block. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 170 m, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The apartment is located in the best area of Denia. It has a swimming pool and jacuzzi in the common areas with direct access from the garden, being a calm and quiet urbanization. The apartment is well cared for, it should be noted that it has hardly any utensils. Forcing you to put the dishwasher on every day, something that seems to me an aberration with the current energy crisis. For the rest, it is a recommended apartment for families with children or couples.

Very pleasantly surprised, The apartment catered for all our needs, albeit a the bathrooms need some work. The location could not have been better, ideal for the beach and supermarket. The pool and garden area were very well kept. Denia town is a very special place, where the old and traditional meets the new. A excellent selection of places to eat and drink with a wide variety of retail if that is your thing. The beach's and port are kept very clean, the water is clear and shallow.

The apartment had a great cleaning, but they tell you that there is wifi and it does not work. The washing machine had water in the bucket and it wouldn't drain, the TV remote had a hard time changing, and the doors didn't close properly.

I have been going to Denia for 6 years and it is the best apartment we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, cared for. Private access to the pool is priceless. We have been very comfortable.

Hello the apartment is very clean and very well located ... access to the garden is a real plus ... however, a little crockery is missing the cutlery is very limited for 4 people ... and the terrace table tiny . For 2 c is already limited it deserves to be changed for a large garden table. If not super clean and comfortable towels and bedding. The air conditioning in all the rooms is a real plus because it is very very hot in Denia ... we will come back to that.
