Very comfortable accommodation tho lacking in few of the basics.. Shortage of tea towels and no instructions for TV. Had we not phoned you prior to visit, we would never have found the car park at rear of property.

Good accommodation once inside, clean and warm, quite a busy main road with loud pub on Saturday night..

A good cottage which was comfortable and all you would expect.. good location. Instruction manuals for all equipment would have been helpful. However I feel people should be made aware before arrival that there is a small rented flat adjoining the property underneath the cottages roof terrace. At 3.30pm in the afternoon we were on the terrace with 2 young children enjoying the sun and were asked to keep the noise down as someone in the flat was trying to sleep. This flat also has a small grassed area to the rear of the cottage which you need to walk past to get to your cars, There was a plastic container with cigarette ends stubbed out left there constantly and more unpleasant a large dog from the flat was allowed to fowl on the grass and this was not removed all holiday. Whilst this did not stop us enjoying the property it was disappointing and very unpleasant, with 2 and 4 year old children this meant we were constantly on our guard to make sure they did not get near the grassed area. I would not consider this property again.

Friendly town and beautiful beach we all loved it xx

I was very disappointed with the cottage for a number of reasons 1.. There were no directions either to the property or to it’s parking. The postcode given leads you elsewhere in the town 2. The bedsit adjoining the house has a dog which uses the garden as a toilet. This garden was only cleared once during the week we stayed. As you can imagine the smell was unpleasant, it was visually disgusting and given that we have a small child it felt very irresponsible 3. The bedsit frequently has a very strong and suspicious smell coming out and blowing into our garden and house 4. The cottage clearly had not been cleaned to a high standard on our arrival. The floor downstairs was filthy 5. I would’ve expected basic things like hand soap, toilet roll and dishwasher necessities to be well equipped. None were

The cottage was clean and tidy, in a very nice location.. The rear of the cottage is the access for at least two other properties therefore not very secure. the only access to the patio area is through the main bedroom, not very convenient when six people sharing. There is not enough seating in the lounge for six adults, although plenty in the dining areas. A few minor things missing no bread board, tin opener broken, no micro wave dishes or bowls to cook with.

Lovely cottage which was a great base for lots of activities and outings.. Very useful to have a pub opposite and a number of shops within walking distance. Plenty of space in the cottage, lots of storage. A few little tweaks needed - hairdryer, cafetière but nothing major and it was all very clean & comfy.

The house was exactly as we expected based on the description.. It was in a great location - quiet but close to the sea, a small supermarket, a pub and a selection of take away food options. The house was clean (other than a load of wet washing in the washing machine) and quite well equipped but there was a lack of comfortable seating for relaxing in the evenings and the reception on the TV was very hit and miss! The information we received prior to our stay was useful but didn't include directions of how to find the property. The email requested I rang to confirm our booking (with the owner I assume). I rang 4 times and left messages but they didn't phone back. Fortunately the house was on the main road and easy to see - the parking was more complicated and this information would have been helpful in advance. Overall we had a good time and would consider booking the property again.
