Y Bwthyn is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llangoed just three miles from Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private decked area with furniture. Y Bwthyn is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.

The village of Llangoed is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the beautiful east corner of the Isle of Anglesey, offering a shop and Post Office.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We had a lovely time at this property.. It is located in a quiet village, although there is a McColl's 5 minute-walk from the property, which is very helpful. And Beaumaris is only 5 minutes with the car. The location is good to explore both Anglesey and Snowdonia. The property is cosy, it had everything we needed. It was clean, and we felt safe with regards to covid precautions. It was great that there was a dedicated parking spot for the car. Dog friendly was a bonus too. Thank you to the hosts for providing a vegan welcome pack (on request) instead of the traditional eggs, wine, etc. Overall we would recommend this property, and who knows, we might come back soon...!

The cottage was spacious & nicely decorated.. Catherine & Carl were very friendly and helpful hosts. Although we didn't ask or need them, not sure what facilities were for washing clothes. The aspect of the cottage was ideal,(views of Snowdon range), & five minutes away from Beaumaris by car. On the whole, a relaxing & refreshing holiday which we wouldn't hesitate to repeat.

The owners have considered the needs of the guests without cluttering the cottage.. Thoughtful touches made for a nice welcome. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and appreciated the hosts giving us the space that we needed to re charge and enjoy our stay.

A fabulous cottage on the edge of the village, local shop 10 mins walk away and Beaumaris less than 5 min drive, the cottage is beautifully finished and some lovely little touches, milk in fridge and cakes, Anglesey is relatively small so nowhere is too far to get to..

Absolutely loved it! cottage was really cosy and welcoming, i liked that there was an outside seating area and a play pen for Theo which he loved! cottage was a great size for 2 people each room felt comfy and relaxing a great place to stay Kitchen had all you could need for some home cooking. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was lovely! Bed was lovely and comfy a nice change from our double at home - we loved the extra space. Owners were lovely and friendly and just on hand if you needed anything. Cant recommend enough!

This cottage is much better than the site photos show.. The owners are very considerate with Christmas decs, mince pies, bubbly and ample supplies. The cottage is modern, clean, warm and well furnished. You will not be disappointed if you stay. My wife and I and our dog had a great time. An excellent and welcoming base at the end of a day. Eateries/takeaways 5 mins drive away in Beaumaris.

Y Bwthyn is an exceptional cottage.. Everything is thought about to make sure guests have a wonderful, relaxing stay. Top quality furnishings, bedding, towels, utensils/ china etc. Very clean through out. Super comfortable king sized bed. Large shower with lashings of hot water. Hosts very friendly. Cottage perfectly located to explore Anglesey which we did. Lots of excellent walks. Beaumaris is a very picturesque and characterful small town with castle, little shops and restaurants. We loved the boat trip to Puffin Island.

This well-equipped cottage is in a quiet location (the owners live next door should you need them) with spectacular views of Snowdonia from the windows and perfect for exploring Angelsey.. However if you do not want to drive there are several interesting walks you can do from the cottage itself. We preferred to drive to different areas of the island to follow the coastal path and to observe the local wildlife. There is a varied selection of places to eat in the area of the cottage from takeaways to fine dining. The owners appear to have thought of everything with even a fenced grass area for your dog if you have one!

The cottage was well situated for travelling around Anglesey and had everything we could have needed.. The king size bed was extremely comfortable - I am fussy about the comfort of the bed!!

The cottage was in a great location, stunning views.. Pictures on the website do not do this cottage justice. It is immaculate and very well designed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Angelsey. Couldn't fault it at all.
