Family booked here for my surprise 50th. This place was perfection for 6 people to enjoy without having to worry about making too much noise, the only neighbours we had was sheep! The barn conversion was a delight, 3 big bedrooms, games room and a lovely big open plan lounge area with log burner. Ample car parking spaces and a lovely big hot tub over looking the countryside which I have to say was the best hot tub we've ever been in, plenty of room for 6 adults and lovely and warm on our first night there. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 adults, and the barn was very clean on arrival. This place would be beautiful in the summer months, lovely big wooden table outside and bbq provided. This place is out of town and there isn't anything to do other than walk, but that was perfect for us.....would definitely recommend.

Beudy Bach Barn was amazing.. Very comfortable with high spec fixtures and fittings. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the peace and quiet with only the sheep in the next field and the flowing river to listen too.

The accommodation was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.. Only drawback was there was no WiFi, but we were situated in the middle of beautiful scenery.

This cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful setting.. It is fairly remote which was a boon for us but wouldn’t suit everyone. We had a supremely relaxing week and would strongly recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

We had 2 weeks in this cottage.. The cottage is lovely in beautiful surroundings the owners are a really nice couple who are always ready to help. The hot tub was bliss especially after a long day exploring the area. It is checked every 2 days to make sure the chlorine content is right and the whole thing is emptied each week and is cleaned and refilled. The cottage itself was beautiful with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend you go and I am definitely going again.

Beudy Bach Barn was perfect.. The barn itself has been finished to a high standard and was very well equipped and very clean. The pool table was a huge hit with the children and the hot tub was absolutely lovely and very clean and well looked after. The location was beautiful and quite central to most of the attractions we planned on visiting. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful location right in the edge of the National Park.. We had unlucky bad weather but the cottage was so cosy we knew we could go explore and come back and get warm and dry fast! Or get warm in the hot tub. Really friendly hosts. Only negative feedback- the cottage a bit difficult to find in the dark when we arrived.

We loved the beautiful holiday home, loads of space, hot tub, log burner.. ... Few down points for a uncleaned BBQ that we couldn't use even after trying to scrub clean. There isn't a washer dryer as advertised, only a washer. Hoover, sweeping brush and dust pan and brush, dirty, we had to empty Hoover, as it hadn't been emptied in a while. We like to keep clean found it a little difficult, could do with new cleaning products. Upper bedroom has a small door that opens out, like a little balcony. MIND YOUR HEAD, as the door is small you need go duck down, you can bang your head, as we did on a few occasions. Before leaving you are asked to put bins out and strip all beds ! For the price paid this is not something you should ask your guests to do. Family's take note that days out will mean a 30- 60 min drive as there are only a few tourist attractions near by. Bala is nice and can be done in an afternoon.

The accommodation and views were perfect and to a fantastic standard, a great escape from busy life.. The river running at the bottom of the field was a real bonus and so beautiful. The listing for the property could do with updating as there was no football table which the children were disappointed about. There was also no washer dryer, just a washing machine, the dryer would have been so useful as with the damp Wales weather as very hard to dry towels and clothes.

Although in the countryside, the peace was amazing.. the barn was very nicely renovated to a high standard. even though there was no table football as advertised.the children enjoyed the open space and freedom.

Visited with my Hubble and sister in May 2018 for my 49th birthday. There are 3 houses in one cluster with very few other houses around as far as the eye can see. We stayed in the converted barn and it was fabulous. Gorgeous hot tub very secluded and looking out into beautiful scenery and fields of sheep. It was lambing season and so many cute lambs only metres from us. 5 minutes walk across fields brings you to a babbling brook very pretty! The owners were lovely and very chatty with advice about area. We visited Dolgellau whilst there lovely little village with gorgeous churches and cafes. Bala lake 10 minutes away with nice cafe on lake and water sports. Would be a really nice plane to bring a big group or whole family as there are 3 houses. Barn itself lovely with 2 nice bathrooms and showers, lovely log burner with plenty of wood and a lovely garden space where the hot tub is. Ending the holiday very relaxed!!

We spent a wonderful week in this outstanding property.. It felt just like home from home and provided everything we needed, the hot tub being an added bonus. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended. It is in a beautiful location, just right for a restful break and the surrounding area is stunning. Definitely a place to stay again. Thank you.

A lovely cottage situated in a remote area of Snowdonia.. Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We visited as two couples and the space this cottage offers meant you could all be together or enjoy times on your own. An incredible price for what you get it really is homely and peaceful. Highly recommend to any of my friends or family. Although remote, there was plenty to do. most activities are between 40 mins to an hour away. There is however, a lovely lake near by that offers many water activities which we took advantage and won't forget in a hurry either.

Beautiful accommodation, very rural and peaceful away from all the stresses of life. We wanted somewhere to chill with friends for a week and this was perfect. The outdoor hot tub was lovely to stargaze from and was a reason we booked this property. The views were amazing, we were not disappointed at all. We ventured out a couple of times but it is a long way from anywhere, although there is a little village for all you essentials. Highly recommended.
