As a company Sykes failed me as a 'valued' customer in that you refused to refund my money at the beginning of the Corona Virus pandemic.. I won't be using you again in the future. The holiday cottage was beautiful, Mrs Williams the perfect hostess & very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We had a lovely few days at Y Becws.

Overall the facilities were excellent.. The host was friendly and helpful. A minor bathroom problem was swiftly dealt with and remedied. The lighting in the kitchen/dining area was a bit dim for my wife as she has sight problems. I would certainly go back there again at a future date.

The cottage was in a stunning location, clean and comfortable and effort had been put in to the finishing touches, we had everything we needed and more! The local shops and pubs were excellent and highly recommend the NorBar for food and drink, great service and good atmosphere. We were welcomed upon our arrival, and made to feel welcome, but never hassled. The dogs were so friendly and often joined us for our morning coffee. Highly recommend this lovely cottage.

The standard of the cottage, the location, and the completely relaxed feel meant that we had one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had.. The welcome was warm, and the hosts never bothered us once during our stay. The weather was superb and because there is also so much to do in this part of the country the time flew. It was a shame that we were only there for 4 nights as we could easily have stayed longer. We would book this cottage again in a heartbeat

Our host Eirian ( a lovely lady,) provided us with every facility in an extremely well renovated Farm Cottage, with a lot of character, in a quiet and peaceful location.. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday to anyone who wanted to enjoy the beauty of Wales living on a farm and only hearing the sounds of the countryside.

Our hosts and locals in the area made us feel welcome from the outset.. Lovely cottage with thoughtful finishing touches and a great view of the evening sunset. Plenty footpaths in the near area - 1 week really wasn't long enough to explore them all and the nearby hills. Thank you for our much needed break

We stayed here for seven nights from 8th to 15th October 2016. The cottage had everything we needed including a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. The views were splendid especially the sunsets over the sea. The accommodation was very clean and there was a warm welcome from the owners. There are villages with pubs and shops nearby and this is an excellent base for exploring this part of Wales. Thoroughly pleasant experience.

The owners gave us a warm welcome, including milk, coffee etc and a bottle of wine which was very welcome.. As far as cleanliness is concerned I have stayed in four star hotels that were not as clean as this cottage. Overall this is a very comfortable cottage with lovely views (especially the sunsets over the sea), a well appointed bathroom and comfortable bed. The owners are friendly and surrounding area is beautiful.

We have booked with Sykes 3 or 4 times before and every time it has been so easy, be it online or speaking with one of Sykes personal, always a job.. Every single property booked and spent time at, has been as described if not better. Each property has been beautifully looked after and maintained, the owners have been lovely and our holiday wonderful. The description of Y Becws was wonderful and the told us that this property was unusual and special. Y Becws exceeded our expectations it was enchanting, just a beautiful relaxing place to stay with incredible views and facilities. The owners were lovely, and the dogs just topped it. The surrounding area has so much to offer also. Like the other properties we have stayed at through Sykes, definitely on the want to do next list.
