"Xarmada Cecilia", 4-room terraced house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and digital TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine).

The location and the house are truly beautiful, but unfortunately, this was marred by the poor cleanliness. First, the dishes were dirty and still filthy with food leftovers from the previous occupant. The sofa in the living room contained, in addition to pens and other items, a pile of food crumbs between the cushions. Then there were no toilet brushes or cleaning supplies in the house. Upon request and insistence, new toilet brushes and at least toilet cleaner were provided.

The house is a bit old, but equipped with high quality furniture. The lower floor smells damp. The other two are dry. Toilets are not on the living level, but that doesn't really matter. The dreamlike view makes everything go away. The pool also has a sea view and is located directly below the house.
