This pretty terraced cottage is in the heart of Beer, away from the main road but close to the shops, pubs, galleries and the beach.

With an enclosed courtyard and private parking, dog-friendly Withycombe has three stylish bedrooms, beautifully presented with quality furnishings. Accommodation is over two floors with plenty of room for six guests and the comfortable sitting room has lovely period features with a Victorian fireplace and stripped wood floors. Make the most of the weather and enjoy a little alfresco dining after a day on the beach - simply perfect!

Beer is a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Master bedroom: king size wrought iron bed, bedside tables, table lamps. Chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. Feature open fireplace.
Bedroom 2: twin oak beds and oak furniture. Bookcase and built in small cupboard.
Bedroom 3: twin black wrought iron beds (convert to super-king size bed), bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Family bathroom: bath with electric shower over. Wash hand basin, WC.

Entertainment: TV with DVD and freesat, CD and Ipod Player. Various DVD's. Books and games.
For families: 250 metres to the beach.
Outside: secure courtyard garden with table and chairs, barbeque. Access to the utility room with washer/dryer. Rear gate to lane in front of the house.
General: WiFi. All bedlinen (not towels) included. Gas central heating. Additional oil filled portable radiators available.
Pets: one well behaved dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
