Hello, the key handover was unfriendly and without the slightest hint as to where the apartment was or what number it had. After some detective work and luck we found the apartment and discovered that we didn't have a key for the Wehlan, the swimming pool or the common rooms, which was then given to us the next day by the caretaker. The woman with the keys stopped responding to my calls. The complex itself is well-maintained and clean.

We felt comfortable. We were there 4 years ago. Unfortunately everything was the same as last time. Unfortunately because of that... The mattresses were terrible, almost unbearable even without back pain. All our bones hurt. Good mattresses aren't that expensive anymore, but they have to be thrown out immediately. A simple holiday accommodation with minor defects. There is no mosquito net on the balcony door. A larger pot could also be in the cupboard.

The weather could have been better, but you know that when you go to the North Sea, otherwise it was good value for money.

The apartment was very nice, albeit with an old-fashioned decor, but that didn't bother us. The facility has a wonderful indoor pool with clean water.

The terrace was very dirty, the terrace should be cleaned thoroughly. On this occasion, please dispose of the completely dirty floor mats and the totally rusted drying rack on the terrace. Unfortunately, the terrace furniture does not invite you to linger, it is made of wood and urgently needs to be sanded down and repainted. I first had to make the shutters on the terrace work again so that we could close them.

I've never had a holiday apartment like this. The apartment had a terrible smell, since we're both sick, we were only there to sleep, so we wanted to look for another one, but with a small pension, that wasn't possible, I was very disappointed

We had fully equipped ourselves with our own kitchen appliances and our own linens!
