Outside, there are communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes, a garden with patio and lawned area with furniture, along with shared on-site facilities such as gym, tennis court, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is ample off-road parking available. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, within 0.8 miles, you will find a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. The quaint seaside Bay of Filey, can be found resting peacefully on the shores within the East Riding of Yorkshire. Complemented by a handy convenience store and a handful of pubs and restaurants, this village has everything you could need for a stress-free escape to the coast. The neighbouring town of Filey and the picturesque village of Flamborough make for excellent days out with their incredible vistas and imposing clifftops, whilst further inland Pickering and Malton offer fun-filled days in the countryside.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
