Wild Rose Cottage offers a living/dining room, kitchen, entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a garden full of fragrant shrubs and flowers and has the added benefit of a local pub, serving delicious food in case you fancy a break from the cooking. With its close proximity to Totnes and only a 20 minute drive from the historic town and river in Dartmouth, this cottage offers the best of both worlds.

Parking: 1 space on driveway or park parallel on entrance.

Changeover day Friday.

General: Oil central heating, wood burning fire located in the living area. 

Pets: Two Pets are accepted at this property.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: Beware of pulling out of the driveway as there is a hump that could cause damage to underneath the car. Logs for wood burner not including or coal for barbecue. Dogs allowed downstairs only. Beware of steps leading down to the property as they are gravel and on a slope.
