Everything wrote in the review 3 years ago is correct. Nothing has been addressed from then so I guess... the leaking shower, the bathroom sink plug doesn't stay down your unable to fill it, the clunking bed base, the broken bedroom remote, the worktop strip peeling of the breakfast bar and the broken drainage cover on the kitchen drainer won't be addressed either. In addition to the above the shower and oven hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall very disappointed with the property.

The sign for the property is tiny had problem finding it, Google takes you to a beautiful white cottage but not the right property, when we eventually found the white cottage it is a let down as its a white house with an annexe that resembles a wooden shed not a cottage.. The wall in the passageway to the annexe needs repainting and the boiler overflow pipe needs checking as it was continuously dripping on to the floor next to the key safe. The first impression inside was warm and tidy, however the breakfast bar worktop needs repairing because the worktop strip is peeling off, the oven was dirty, the kitchen drainer has a broken drain cover all you see is black mould inside it. There isn't a patio its a small wooden box with artificial grass. The bedroom was spacious but the bed was uncomfortable and noisy, the bedside table draws don't open properly, the bedroom lacks storage we lived out of our luggage as wardrobe has the boiler and the chest of draws was too slim, the remote control in the bedroom was broken. The shower was dirty and leaks when you use it, the bathroom sink plug doesn't stay down so unable to fill to have a shave had to use a bowl and the toilet seat was loose. We were unable to relax in the sitting room due to the sofa being too low and the tv to high. Very disappointed.

The whole experience was exceptional and one that we will certainly be happy to repeat.. The owners had thought of every little detail from a selection of pastime resources (books, puzzles, CD's, DVD's, cards, magazines etc) to basics like tea, coffee and milk. We were even greeted by beautiful flowers and a much needed bottle of wine

This property looks modern on the photos but it is let down by the cleanliness.. In particular the bathroom was in need of attention. Both sides of the shower screens were grubby, and bottom of the screens needed the black mould removing. The towels and tea towels were poor quality. No pillow protectors or mattress topper but a plastic mattress cover which was like sleeping on a sheet of plastic. There were only 4 coat hangers and no hairdryer but the property owner when she returned from holiday (on the Monday) loaned me a hairdryer and supplied more hangers. This year we have been 2 other of your properties which have supplied every possible cleaning product, maybe we have been spoilt but at this property we were supplied with antibacterial handwash, surface cleaner and 2 dishwasher tablets! A cloth or sponge to use with surface cleaner would have been useful! There was also a brush but no dust pan. We were left 1 toilet roll! Do you ever inspect these properties ?

We loved the look and feel of the annex.. The welcome flowers and wine was a lovely touch. And location perfect. However we didn't find the bed comfy ( but i am used to a realky good mattrass at home , so it fidnt seem an issue for ith5er visitors). and I was disappointed in the small decked patio area which needed a little TLC However that's really nitpicking as overall it was lovely and I would recommend it.

Great place to stay.. The sign for the cottage is too dark. (couldn't see it at night). It was nearer to Tenby than we thought despite checking Google Maps. Everything we needed was there, including a free bottle of wine. We will be going back to this great retreat,

You need to follow up on what people comment on and acting upon it I read on the comments section about the bed being uncomfortable but thought it was maybe a bit harsh but having slept on the bed for seven nights I have to agree first impression upon lying on the bed you think not bad but after about 5 minutes you begin to feel the springs digging into you no matter which way to try to move to different position it makes no difference my wife sort of solved it a bit buy putting two large beach towels under the bottom sheet also the pillows need pillow protectors which puzzled me as there was a materesse protector on the bed the decking area is a reasonable size but could do with a jet wash the shower is execelent as is the cottage location if next year the mattresse has been changed for a good quality one we would definitely rebook the cottage the owner,s are a lovely coulple

...after reading other reviews me & the wife booked expecting a nice relaxing week for the both of us from the usual drudgery called `work` This is a true & honest review & i can only assume that other visitors were being kind with their reviews !!! Yes it`s a "Contemporary annexe in owner's grounds" but almost built on top of the owners house ! Yes it has Wifi but this is very hit n miss due to the wifi extender being "TOO FAR" from the BT sender unit (See pic). The "Enclosed Patio" is a sad looking approx 10ft x 8ft uninviting area that would benefit from a good jet-wash ! (Pic surplied) The owner describes the Annexe as a "detached cottage" ...this is not the case ! On first site my Wife remarked that she hoped it wasn`t that "shed" looking building, alas IT WAS ! (see pic) One en-suite bedroom is correct but as noted by others in the `Visitors book` the mattress is of poor quality & very uncomfortable & the main reason we cut our stay short ! A new superior quality mattress would be a small investment but essential & beneficial to all. The bedroom is a great size but lacks storage for two adults so we had to use our cases as wardrobes, the chest of drawers is too slim & the bed side units drawers don`t open properly, moving on, the toilet seat was really loose & the toilet brush fell apart & was extremely rusty, (see pics) The bathroom sink is minuscule & too close to the Radiator so if heating is on you will burn your elbow when brushing your teeth etc ! The Shower is great ! The kitchen area was ok but the tap was really loose & felt as though it could detach from its fixing at anytime. The crockery needs replacing as a lot is chipped we found one mug that was ok & one glass tumbler that was unuseable due to a large sharp chip ! The sofa is/was far too low, you will strain your neck to watch the wall mounted TV & rising from the sofa is a feat in itself ! ...I solved this problem by using the numerous selection of books surplied raising it by atleast 6/8in, a real godsend ! Your parking is on the owners drive & useful, the location of the Annexe is ideal, it was such a shame we had the issues we had & left early because of them as time off work is precious but will return to Tenby soon as it`s fantastic just hope the next pet-friendly accommodation we find is better.

We were the first guests and it was lovely staying somewhere where everything was brand new.. The owners have done a great job on not only the décor and use of space, but on all the little extras provided. It was a lovely place to relax in, very quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops of central Tenby. There was plenty of space for 2 people plus young baby and the shower was amazing!
