Just 8 miles east of the village, the town of Cromer is the perfect seaside town for families and those who want to enjoy all the facilities of a traditional British resort. The town has two sandy beaches, as well as a pier with a theatre at the end which shows a programme of fun variety shows. The first of these is a spacious king size room having plenty of built in wardrobe space, this room also benefits from an en suite shower room with double shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC, three steps lead down to the second king size room, which has zip and link bed allowing it to be made up as a twin room on request., this bedroom can be accessed through the first, or alternatively via a separate set of steep stairs from the kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC. The third bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space to store clothes, opposite the bedroom there is a further shower room with WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the front of the cottage which has a small lawn and a seating area, whilst to the rear of the property, there is a pleasant courtyard area with garden furniture and a BBQ for guests to use.
