Westfield is a semi-detached cottage in the North Wales heritage town of Conwy. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one bunk bed, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove and double sofa bed. Outside there is a front patio, a rear enclosed terraced garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, along with roadside parking with further parking at a local car park nearby. Westfield is an ideal base for a family who wish to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility with basin and WC. Sitting room (seats 6) with woodburning stove.

Area
The historic town of Conwy is a World Heritage Site and is home to a castle, harbour and variety of interesting shops, good restaurants and pubs. Many events and festivals are held during the year.

Region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Conwy town centre with shops, pubs, restaurants and train station 5 mins walk. Note: Cottage is accessed via 12 steps. Note: This property is on a B road, some road noise can be heard.

This is a lovely house, well-equipped and very clean and in a great location - just close enough to the town centre that it is easily accessible but without the drawbacks of staying inside the town walls.. Some of the communication from Skyes Cottages was out of date (they had not updated the arrival email with the new details of arrival time) but the owners themselves were very responsive and helpful in clearing this up and also in answering questions we had during our stay.

Where do I begin! This property had everything we needed to make our holiday an enjoyable one. The house was beautifully furnished and felt so homely as soon as we walked in. Nigel and Christine the owners of Westfield left us lots of information about Conwy and the surrounding areas. Westfield is a 5 minute walk to Conwy and all it has to offer. It is in a prime location for getting out and about. We will definitely return to Westfield because it's such a lovely time from home.

Only negative feature was the car parking.. This was on a very busy road and with 2 small children to deal with so we had to move our car to a safer place before we could start loading up.

The house was well appointed and very clean.. Booked for it's excellent location and size, it proved very close to the town walls and the castle. It was a family birthday weekend with adult children, there were 7 of us - but we all fitted in with comfort. The only downside was the long T&Cs when booking and lack of easy clarity about what happened if we needed to cancel - we booked a long time in advance. I never did find out and we didn't need to worry - but it would make me hesitant of booking again.

The location was fantastic.. We were close to the beaches and lots of other attractions suitable for our 2 young boys (2/3) and so didn't end up driving too far. Also very close to Tesco to stock up house for picnics and dinners. Lovely to walk into Conwy and crab from the quayside and build sand castles on the little beach there. Great Fish and Chips too! It was like a home from home.

This is a very tastefully appointed holiday home with comfy beds and and quality furnishings.. In my opinion it is by far one of the best holiday lets in the area. It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location just a short walk to the Town center and the Quay. I think parking could be an issue but we had no problems parking outside the house.

I would highly recommend this property and have only good things to say about it. The house is in an excellent location for touring North Wales. Westfield has a very pleasant back garden and patio area and lovely views of the castle at the front. The property is very comfortable, clean and exceptionally well equipped. We stayed at Westfields Cottage, it was the best, clean neat , everything that you could possible want was in the house, it felt like home. It is situated in such a stunning area, overlooking the Castle. The weather for our week was perfect, no rain, we went walking every morning in different directions was just stunning. We had our 11 month old Grandson with us, he loved the garden out the back, there was a camp cot and a high chair for him. We had a wonderful week at Westfield - a lovely house which is well furnished. The kitchen was superb with plenty of space utensils. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of cupboard space. Our visiting granddaughter was impressed with the jigsaws/toys/buckets spades there for her use. An excellent property.

The location was great, close the lovely little town of Conwy with beautiful views wherever you go. Lots of places to visit without too much travel, zoo, zip wires, cable cars, beaches - all within about half hour drive or less. There really wasn't enough time to fit in all the places we wanted to visit, so maybe 2 weeks next time! The house itself was comfortable and homely. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, fresh milk and Welsh cakes, which was much appreciated after a long drive. As a person who enjoys cooking, even on holiday, I was really pleased to have such a well appointed kitchen. A real home from home!

Westfield is a great base for sleeping up to 6 people. It has all the amenities that you could ever need for a holiday or short break. It is also within walking distance of Conwy town. Everybody slept well during the week and was keen to see things during the day. We made some meals at the cottage and had some meals out. The living room was very comfortable to relax in during the evenings. All in all it is probably the best digs we as a family have ever stayed in. So I would highly recommend this property for large families to stay in.
