West Hartley is a stone built barn conversion located in the rural village of Blackawton just a 10 minute drive away from the seaside town of Dartmouth. This barn conversion is a two bedroom upside down house, with two bathrooms, an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, has parking for two cars, accepts two pets and has a lovely sizeable enclosed garden. Blackawton is a local village with a huge sense of community and is very family friendly, the village has The George Inn serving local foods, a lovely children's playground and a famous festival called The International Festival of Worm Charming all within a 20-25 minute walk from the property. Lots for family or friends to do on their holiday. 

Sleeps: Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms

Beds: 1 5' king size bed, twin beds (can be zipped and linked, if you'd like the beds zipped together to create a 6' supersking please inform us when booking)

Rooms: First Floor: Open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Utility room. Cloakroom. Ground Floor: Both bedrooms, both bathrooms. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer. 

Entertainment: 48" Smart TV with freeview, DVD player, Guests are welcome to sign into their own Netflix accounts. 

For Families: Travel cot and stair gates are provided, any other equipment needed please bring your own. Please inform us when booking if you are bringing an infant. 

Outside: A large enclosed private garden is available, there is also a communal garden. Garden furniture is provided. 

Parking: Parking for 2 cars is available in a gravelled zone roughly 10 yards from West Hartleys gate.  

General: WiFi Provided. No Smoking. Maximum of 2 pets welcome. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes:  No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Patchy mobile phone signal. Please notify on booking if you wish for the twin beds to be zipped and linked for your booking.
