Located in the small city of Wells which is full of great places of historical interest such as St Andrews Cathedral and the adjoining Bishops Garden and Palace. The city is home to plenty of boutique shops cafes pubs and an immersive farmers market. The nearby Mendip Hills offer an array of cycle trails and walking routes as well as natural attractions like Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Tor. The elegant three-storey cottage is characterful with bespoke features and gorgeous accessories throughout. The bijou ground-floor kitchen includes an electric double oven with a gas hob fridge/freezer washing machine/dryer dishwasher microwave and radio. The small dining table is the perfect place to socialise and relax in a beautiful and charming home away from home atmosphere. The first floor is home to a cosy lounge with an open fireplace and log burner effect electric fire Smart TV and a DAB/internet radio. There is a small table/desk in the lounge perfect for laptop use. A set of French doors open out to a Juliet balcony which overlooks the neighbouring rooftops. The top floor hosts the main bedroom which boasts panoramic views across to the cathedral tower. This gorgeous room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC too. There is ample storage in both the bedroom and the en-suite. The cottage includes use of the neighbour s garden and enclosed patio complete with outdoor seating free roadside parking is also available.
