It houses three bedrooms comprising of a double bedroom, a room with three single beds and a ground-floor kingsize bedroom. These are serviced by a family bathroom and ensuite shower/basin with separate WC. Outside you will find a neat enclosed, lawned garden. Watermill is a superb base for a family gathering.

Area
St Breward is a small village set amongst beautiful countryside in Cornwall, about 7 miles from Bodmin. The village offers all the amenities you will require during your stay with a shop, village hall, church, two playgrounds and a pub. A footpath in the village creates a nice circular loop past the holy well, the church and across the River Camel. Nearby, you can also enjoy the Camel Trail which is popular with both walkers and cyclists and winds its way through the town Wadebridge on its journey to the sea at Padstow. On the edge of the town is the fascinating museum and haunting presence of the old Bodmin Jail, which was built from granite excavated from this very quarry back in 1840. Close by are the open spaces and wind swept grandeur of Bodmin Moor while the incomparable Eden Project (11 miles), Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum (30 miles) and the beautiful harbour town of Padstow with its famous pubs and restaurants (16 miles) make for great days out. There is a good choice of country pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area.
