First of all, I'd like to rate the friendliness of the hosts as very friendly. The garden was fantastic for us and our dogs. The sauna in the house was also fantastic, and we used it very often. The house is a bit dated, and some things could be improved. Perhaps the dishes, glasses, and pots could be replaced for future guests. It wasn't particularly appealing to us. Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay in Austria!

The originally old house was renovated a few years ago, while retaining the authentic atmosphere, but with a modern twist. A well-equipped kitchen, for example. It is very comfortable to stay, and if you get the hang of the kachelofen, the whole house can be kept wonderfully warm. Good sanitary facilities, the sauna and comfortable beds make the stay worth a 10.

Cozy house with a nice terrace to relax on. A bit dark on rainy days. The fenced garden is great. The many carpets are not so beneficial for long-haired dogs.

This rustic mountain hut has its own special charm. It is very comfortable, equipped with all the important utensils and ideal for families with children and animals. Many great things to do can be done from Thannrain. The landlords are very nice! We spent two very nice weeks there.

Rustic wooden house; large living room with open kitchen, all completely and very comfortably furnished; Efficient wood heating with automatic burner that conjures up cozy warmth in the stove bench; this house lives; small bathroom upstairs with bathtub and downstairs bathroom with shower and adjoining sauna; two terraces, each facing east and west, so that the sun can be enjoyed early and late in the evening; incredibly friendly landlord.

We stayed in the cute log cabin for 5 days and it was a really great stay. We were 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. The space was completely sufficient and there is a plus for the fenced property. The house lacks nothing. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. If you want to eat really well, you can walk to Rietz. There is a fabulous restaurant there. It is an authentic Austrian house in a beautiful setting. The garden is enclosed, very nice if you bring a dog The decor is somewhat dated but there is everything you need. Host / wife are very friendly and helpful.
