Mrs Shaw, September 2020
As is usual with these sites, the description is a bit OTT (and there was no barbeque) but the cottage was delightful, well furnished and very comfortable.. There is a huge fridge and freezer and new appliances in the kitchen area. It is a shame that covid meant that any literature/maps of the area had been put away but wifi was excellent so we could look up what we didn't have with us. The patio was a good place to sit and read or just look at the beautifully landscaped grounds, and it was warm enough to eat outside in the evenings.
The eggs given us by the owners (thank you. Three out of four were double yolkers!) provided an extra evening meal, when a violent thunderstorm prevented us from getting to Bishop's Castle for our dinner.
There was a place to store our bikes.
