Wagtail is a detached single-storey lodge set in beautiful Blagdon Farm. With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. Please note bed linen is included but towels are not. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails.. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall.

Surrounded by lush meadows, high hedgerows, wooded valleys and abundant wildlife, the village and area is popular with those visitors seeking to experience a true taste of country life. The fantastic seaside resort of Bude is nearby and is well worth a visit with its castle and beach to enjoy.
