This is a beautiful period property that feels like a home. We stayed as a 3 generation family group and there was space to be together and to divide into smaller groups or individuals. The pool terrace is the pinnacle with wonderful views of the coast & across to Rome, mesmerising at night with the Eternal City illuminated. L. & L. are ideal hosts living on-site and quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues but were never intrusive. More AC would be a bonus in bedrooms.

We had a great holiday. The owners are very sweet and hospitable. The house and pool were clean. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this rental to other people.

The whole family on vacation in Italy, at the turn of April-May, and there were also small children. A nice holiday in Rocca di papa, from where we went on several trips in Rome and the surrounding area. A nice and big house in a traditional Italian style in an idyllic setting at the top. The yards and garden were beautifully maintained. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Wonderful scenery and the opportunity to go jogging and cycling. It could even come again sometime.
