Everything was as expected ... The house is in a wonderful place with a great view. From 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. you always have sun - great restaurant and shops within walking distance. It's a shame that the house is already booked in our holiday season in 2022 - otherwise we would have struck again. Super service from Ms. R. on site in the office in Moraira !!

Magnificent view, very well equipped. The wifi is a bit finicky. Very practical the studio on the ground floor. Swimming pool at the top. The dining area near the barbecue is super pleasant. The access road is in poor condition. The only downside was that a nearby villa served as a nightclub! For having rented often at the Cumbre Del Sol this is the only time that we had this kind of problem. I think its just bad luck and the police stepped in to stop this after several days. I recommend this villa for the view, the full equipment, the wonderful swimming pool.

The best are the views and the pool area with the barbecue, the interior normalito, the house is separated into two floors connected by an external staircase, in general, the house is fine and the area is very quiet, it has been a good vacation. To say something negative, it lacks some more dishes and some basic products such as dishwasher or battery paper, the TV upstairs did not work because it did not have an antenna cable, I had to remove it from the ground floor and put it upstairs. Wi-Fi was not good

Upon arrival we had a little trouble finding our destination, but after a little searching and calling the office we found our destination. The views from the house to the sea are absolutely insane and close to a few hiking trails where you can admire more stunning scenery. The car is an absolute must move as the house is located high on a hill and the roads are really steep and winding. Convenience store walking distance 500m. The house has all cooking utensils, e.g. charcoal and gas grill. The pool was top notch!

The upstairs is fine but downstairs is something else, bed collapses, no kitchen utensils in the cupboards, bathroom shower far too small and too low for a normal man. I am 1.60 m tall and weigh 50 kg I could not move in the shower cubicle. The terrace below is a storage place for discarded appliances and other junk. everywhere after 3 people showering. Swimming pool was ok

Great, quiet location with sea view. Patio has been brought fully up to date with reconfigured pool, glass surrounds and new tiling. Our only disappointment was that the juke-box is for decoration only.

Great views and a solid pool. Well equipped kitchen. The internet did not work well. Called the office and they came and fixed. Worked a day ago gone again. So we gave up and bought our own extra Internet. Was a very old modem. Otherwise can recommend the house if you like the view. Hard though if you like to walk so it is very hilly. The picture of the pool and extension is correct when Poland was renovated and a new patio was built where the round table is pictured.
