The French Riviera has its fair share of remarkable homes and this recently built villa deserves to sit alongside the very best of them. Given the region's celebrated climate, it won't come as a surprise to learn that the outdoor space is excellent, from the heated swimming pool and the surrounding loungers to the balcony on which to sit and gaze out at the Mediterranean Sea.

The interior is just as impressive in our books. A lot of this is down to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that run around the walls in the living area, which are nothing but generous when it comes to natural light. There's a discernible preference for minimalism running through the design and this less-is-more approach succeeds thanks to the chic taste in furnishings and cleansingly white walls.

When it comes to seeing a little more of this famed region, the shingly and rather secluded Salins Beach is ten minutes' walk away, while the glamorous restaurants and establishments of Saint-Tropez can be reached in a similar amount of time in the car.
