Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: dining room. 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Kitchenette). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (9). Marvellous, of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Villa adapted for wheelchair users. Special width in entrance doors to one bedroom and one showeroom with a shower completly adapted. There are no steps throughout main house, terrace or pool. There is an apartment with independent access underneath the main house. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, one double and another with three single beds, both bedrooms have air conditioning. We loved the house and its surroundings. The only negative was that one of the bedrooms with an on-suite bathroom did not have air conditioning, so no one could stay there as it was far too hot. The kids loved the pool, and so did us adults. It was difficult to lock the gate to the main entrance and difficult to get into the key box when we were leaving the house. But if it is remedied and the bedroom gets air conditioning, the house is pure paradise to which we would very much like to return.

A large villa plenty of inside and outside space. Could do with a bit of cosmetic attention in certain areas . Everything we needed was in the villa . Dishwasher washer ironing board and iron and a couple of hairdryers. Pool great size but needs slight attention was still great fun though . The fridge in the lower accommodation was broke which wasn't too much of an issue as we only showered and slept in there as a couple but could be a problem for others . It's a good 20 / 30 minutes walk to tow

We booked this for our base for our wedding, we managed to get 2 amazing weeks in it, very safe, kids had a blast and it is perfectly set up with 2 different living spaces basically so nobody was feeling crowded. Pool and BBQ area with a table tennis set up, amazing views of Nerja mountains and town. Perfect for family's or wedding parties. 5 mins from Balcon. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Guys from Interhome and owners were amazing and very helpful also. Would definitely stay again.

The villa was clean and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the areas were a little dated such as the lounge furniture and the beds were designed for practicality not comfort, but they were adequate. The outside areas were well kept and the pool area was lovely. The views from the many terraces were wonderful. The villa was a little far away from the main town of Nerja so a car or taxis are required to get around. The rental company were excellent. I would definitely return.

We have passed a wonderful bridge. The location of the house in a quiet environment all very clean and very good service. Now if the facilities could be improved a little, such as a little more light in the outdoor common areas and a side table next to the barbecue and most importantly since the house does not have blackout curtains on the windows that do not let the light pass unless you like to wake up with the first ray of light. Otherwise everything very well

Normal house needs repairs, the photos need to be updated, they do not match the current state, a lot of stairs, floor around the pool slips, lack of air conditioning in one room, you cannot sleep there are no blinds and the curtains are not blackout, the fridge is scarce and does not cool (for 11) it is little.

The house is quite large and spacious, perfect for 11 people. Highlight the cleanliness of everything when we arrive. The fridge and freezer are quite small for 11 people, we had to buy two in two days. Some bathrooms and rooms were dimly lit. Otherwise everything very well.

A very spacious holiday home with sufficient rooms, well spread out. A bit outdated in terms of decor: furniture is gradually in need of renewal. The swimming pool; We enjoyed this, also a lot of space for sunbathing: a few nice terraces.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa for 6 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms and bathroom layout was great, and the outside area is lovely. Cost 7-10 Euro taxi ride to the centre of nerja where there are plentiful restaurants. Brilliant information was provided on handover. Only concern on the holiday is that the pool appeared to have too much chlorine in it which made all of the children come out in very sore red rashes which meant the pool didn’t get used much. Otherwise perfect villa.

We stayed with our family (10 people) for a week in this typical Spanish house. Lots of space, nice rooms and sanitary facilities and a beautiful outdoor area. The property is located in a quiet street, close to town and amenities. The house is somewhat dated in terms of luxury and needs some minor maintenance here and there.
