Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and fan. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days. It was absolutely Devine. Very spacious we had 9 persons and never felt cramped. The pool was kept in excellent condition and again the area was spacious. Our trip was made even more amazing by the wonderful staff. At inter home especially D. and C. Two efficient helpful and friendly ladies who were available to us around the clock. They could not have done more to assist us. We will definitely use this fantastic company again. Thank you.

Satisfied with most things. Three families (1-70 years old) shared the accommodation. Worked fine despite many stairs. The house has three floors. In the price for the accommodation, we lacked basic items in the kitchen, e.g. oil, spices, enough washing-up liquid, etc. Now all tenants have to buy new ones. Purchased beach umbrellas left behind should also be able to be handed over to the next tenant. Where else do they end up? Walking distance to two grocery stores. Close to the beach. Steep hill down/up.

A large house on three floors that is suitable for a trip for several generations/families. Clean and ok, but a bit old fashioned and not luxuriously furnished. The pool is large, plants and garden well maintained. Very good and easy contact with Intehome on site. They fixed a large parasol that was missing, fixed a cot that was in trouble, etc. Had we told them that the juicer didn't work (it didn't) and that we thought the number of glasses was too small, they would have fixed it quickly.

To sum up the property, we would say it is tired and needs some Tender Loving Care throughout the property. Fantastic location but you need to be fit if you plan to walk to the beach, the incline back to the property is a challenge. Very quiet area which was a bonus. We were lucky to enter the property early when we arrived from the airport but the pool needed cleaning as well as the outside areas and the water was off on the upper floor. We had to give our contact a call, sorted very quickly.

The house is fine, quite large, with everything I need, the only drawback for me is too many stairs, especially to access the pool, which is large and not cold at all, and there are many mosquitoes, of course it is surrounded by a lot of vegetation, for the rest good.

This Nerja villa is wonderful, it has all the necessities, all the details and it is very clean and well cared for. Second time we stay here and we love all the patios, the pool, the incredible views from the master bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, the well-functioning kitchen and the location. Less good are the beds. You feel feathers and tubers. There have been several swallow nests both summers and every night we have spent a few minutes cleaning away swallow guano, disgusting !! The apartment does not smell fresh but musty and musty. The young people lived there and they did not complain. Summary: a little who sat living in a summer cottage!

The house is worn but functional if you don't expect any luxury. In the pool, the shower flowed all the time and made a pond next to the pool. The contact person was helpful even though he didn't get the TV to work and the men then watched the World Cup at XXX.

This is a holiday home for families with children, but if you are only with adults, you will see overdue maintenance, including in the bathrooms, the bathrooms are also dated. Around the pool I thought that some more cleaning could be done, such as the moss on the stones of the steps. We had a wonderful time with our (large) family with small children. Beach and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Annoying, however, was the construction work across the street from our holiday home, which started early in the morning.
