Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Grava" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The interior of the villa was very clean and spacious, the terrace is a great space to enjoy the peaceful surroindings and mountain views. The pool was clean andwelcome on hot days. There are a few things to be aware of, firstly access is difficult for larger cars such as an SUV, so take it slowly. Secondly this villa provides most items such as hair dryer, aircon, dishwasher etc, but no manual on the property, you have to hunt down items such as kettle and trial dishwasher settings etc.

If the house is indeed spacious, well secured and in a quiet environment (15 minutes by car from the city center of Javea), it is dilapidated, especially the bathrooms which need to be redone urgently: the toilets are very worn , the enamel of the bathtubs and washbasins is very flaking offering toilets full of traces of rust! But what spoiled our stay were the permanent septic tank odors!!! It's really sad and disappointing !!!

The house is old but well maintained. In a position not the best. The good part is the swimming pool, albeit with old and battered deckchairs and two umbrellas, one of which is destroyed. But the least pleasant thing is the false information about air conditioning! THE HOUSE IS NOT CONDITIONED! Only the living room is conditioned with a Split. The three bedrooms and the kitchen are an oven !! Anyone like me who wants to sleep in the cool here can't. I had to buy a fan out of my pocket to sleep decently!

We rented the villa for 15 days in July 2021. We had a great stay. The villa corresponds to the photos, it is very well equipped, the terrace and the swimming pool are magnificent. Only downsides ... mosquitoes and air conditioning only in the living room. The bedrooms are all equipped with mosquito nets ... fortunately because the nights are hot! The garden boils down to pebbles but well planted. Javéa and its surroundings are super nice. Top Interhome service.

Pleasant and quiet stay, well-maintained pool, is immaculate. The very spacious house, although the room below is closed, the great porch, to dine and spend moments of relaxation, in general everything is fine except the mattress in the main room and the mosquitoes in the area, which bite, especially to from 6.30 p.m. until 8pm. That I advise, get inside the house, then there is, but already the normal of the field and the hot weather. On the other hand, the deal with the agency very good

We had some cleaning problems upon arrival (I filed a claim with customercare, in addition to the local interhome office in Jávea). Also a cistern did not work. Otherwise, the house has some good things (the pool and the porch), but in general everything is very old and needs a major update.
